Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 67ace

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 67ace ("67ace", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://67ace.io (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 67ace Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or arrangements between you and 67ace relating to your use of the Platform. 67ace reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the 67ace Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the 67ace Platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. 67ace operates a strict age-verification process and reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification at any point in the account lifecycle. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance — including deposited funds — forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the country, state, or jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the Platform. 2.3 Mental Capacity

You represent that you are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing any wager. 67ace is not liable for wagers placed while a player's judgment is impaired.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) 67ace account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different names, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 67ace reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets placed through duplicate accounts, and recover any promotional funds or winnings obtained through the operation of multiple accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Verification

67ace operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required at any time — and will be required prior to processing your first withdrawal — to provide copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account verification)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 67ace support will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where fraud is suspected, account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67ace processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 67ace does not currently accept credit card deposits or international bank wire transfers directly. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the operational requirements of the respective payment service providers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals submitted to 67ace are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, during maintenance windows, or where additional identity verification is required. Withdrawals will only be disbursed to the payment account from which the corresponding deposit originated, in accordance with anti-money laundering procedures.

4.4 Currency and Fees

67ace does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying the fee structure of your chosen payment method. All amounts displayed on the 67ace Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against any deposit made to 67ace is considered a material breach of this Agreement. Where a chargeback is initiated, 67ace reserves the right to immediately close the associated account, void all outstanding bets and balances, and pursue recovery of any funds disbursed to the player as winnings prior to the chargeback.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional credits issued by 67ace:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted
• 67ace reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements — crash games, live casino tables, and certain slot titles may carry reduced contribution rates
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completion of wagering requirements
• 67ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at its sole discretion where abuse of the bonus system is suspected

5.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

The wagering requirement for a bonus is calculated on the bonus amount received unless stated otherwise. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Deposit amounts are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard verification and withdrawal conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

67ace operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, and using automated software to place bonus wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 67ace will void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and may close the account permanently.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 67ace Platform are subject to acceptance by 67ace at its sole discretion. 67ace reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the player's account balance.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket, results are governed by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant tournament authority. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, 67ace's decision — made after review of the relevant official result — shall be final.

6.3 Obvious Errors

67ace reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. Obvious errors include but are not limited to: odds that are materially inconsistent with the market at the time of placement, and odds that were generated as a result of a known software bug. 67ace will provide written notification to affected players and will refund the original stake within 5 business days.

6.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or does not reach its scheduled conclusion, 67ace's event-specific rules will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over. Players should review the applicable sport rules available on the Platform before placing in-play or pre-match wagers.

7 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on the 67ace Platform — including those supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game round is entirely random and independent of prior rounds. 67ace does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to influence the result of any RNG-certified game.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is determined by the game supplier and is embedded in the game software. • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law
• Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform's infrastructure

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 67ace Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of 67ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 67ace. Scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of odds or game data from the Platform is expressly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 67ace, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or account information
• Damages arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical faults
• Damages arising from the actions of third-party payment service providers
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, betting strategies, or gambling behaviour

67ace's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by players in connection with their 67ace account is governed by the 67ace Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Key points of the Privacy Policy include:

It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. 14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 67ace is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits 67ace's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account action, bonus application, or any other Platform matter, you must first submit a formal complaint to the 67ace support team at [email protected]. 67ace will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 10 business days. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be escalated in accordance with the governing law provisions above.
